THE PROJECT

We are a CIC (community interest company) which is a non for profit organisation.

Everyone on the team are volunteers, giving their time for free. Our merchandise is one of the ways we raise funds, so all money raised goes back into our development.

We are raising funds for a skatepark in Saltburn and have been supported by the community. We aim to develop the project in 3 stages

    1.    Stage 1 - due to start on 28th November. This is the main skatepark which will take 6 months to build. It has cost £200,000. The money has come from the Big Lottery, Woodsmith Foundation, Redcar and Cleveland Council, community fundraising private donations, and donations from local businesses

    2.    Stage 2. - this will cost £55,000 and will see a snake ‘S’ path with seating, lighting and CCTV

    3.    We aim to develop the land next to the skatepark into a woodland play area for younger children and inclusive to all needs. This will not take place before 2025. Further details to be released nearer the time
